Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.

No show appointments will incur a 100% charge.

If you are late to your appointment, this time will be cut short from your treatment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will incur a 100% charge for the missed treatment.

Please arrive alone to your appointment. Unfortunately I do not have the space for more than one person to be in my treatment room at a time.
